Convenient Giggles!  By Jenna Couch The little book of Big Laughs is an incredibly convenient resource for laughter yoga leaders and participants! When I first got my book, I was doing some of the exercises in the car on the way home (he was driving!) and I love that they're in such a nice little compact place that is easy to carry around. It's small enough to fit in a purse! I also love that there are pages at the back of the book to write down our own exercises and ideas, allowing us to be even more creative with our laughter! This book contains the most important things you need to know for leading Laughter Yoga. It begins with a foreword by Dr. Madan Kataria. Then, Laughing Laura offers a concise introduction to Laughter Yoga. There is a page with the three rules to explain before beginning a session. Also included is the ever popular Amazing Chant, Laura's original cheer that's used in laughter clubs around the world (read more here). The Laughter Pledge is provided to be used at the end of the session. Laughers can raise their right hand and repeat the pledge after you as a way to commit to a life of laughter. After that is a long section of laughter exercises, many with accompanying pictures. Every exercise has been field-tested on real laughter clubs. They really work!
